  • - All participants are subject to register online in advance or on-site and pay the appropriate registration fees.
  • - All presenters are required to register for Early-bird Registration in order to make a presentation and for the manuscript to be included in the Proceedings.
  • - To qualify for the Early-bird registration, online registration and payment must be received by the Registration office by no later than August 4, 2017

Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpg/jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form.

Method of Payment

Payment should be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or by bank transfer.
(Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX, JCB will be accepted.)

  • - If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office after online registration.
  • - Receipt will be provided at the conference site.

Confirmation

  • - If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
  • - If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.

Registrants are requested to bring the Registration Confirmation e-mail and present at the registration desk to receive the Conference Kit and a printed receipt.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

  • - Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
    All refunds will be made after the Conference.
